Return & Refund Policy

At Sharif Tech Solutions, customer satisfaction is our priority. We strive to ensure all products meet our quality standards.

Return Eligibility:
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in the same condition as received

  • The item must not be physically damaged due to misuse

  • The item must include all original accessories (if applicable)

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Products damaged due to improper use

  • Items returned without prior approval

Return Process:
To request a return, please contact us at salmanshareef910@gmail.com with your order details and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the process.

Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Processing time: 5–10 business days

A 5% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount for all returned items to cover processing and handling costs.

Return Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect

Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will resolve the issue promptly at no additional cost.

Exchanges:
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Customers may return the item and place a new order.
