Warranty
All refurbished products purchased from Sharif Tech Solutions include a 1-Year Limited Hardware Warranty from the date of delivery.
This warranty covers hardware defects that affect the normal operation of the device under normal use.
Warranty Does Not Cover
- Physical or accidental damage
- Liquid damage
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or neglect
- Unauthorized repairs or modifications
- Software issues, viruses, or operating system changes made by the customer
- Normal battery wear and reduced battery capacity
- Cosmetic imperfections such as scratches, dents, or signs of previous use that do not affect functionality
If you experience a warranty issue, please contact us with your order number and a description of the problem. Our support team will assist you with troubleshooting, repair, replacement, or another appropriate solution, depending on the nature of the issue.
30-Day Return Policy
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.
To qualify for a return, the product must:
- Be returned within 30 days after delivery.
- Be in the same condition in which it was received.
- Include all accessories supplied with the product whenever possible.
- Not show signs of accidental damage, misuse, or unauthorized modification.

Item Not As Described (INAD)
If the item you receive is significantly different from the product description or arrives with a functional issue not disclosed in the listing, please contact us immediately.
INAD Return Period
- United States, United Kingdom & European Union: 30 days
- All Other Countries: 14 days

Return Shipping
For approved Item Not As Described (INAD) returns, Sharif Tech Solutions will provide return instructions. Where required by applicable consumer laws or our approved return process, return shipping costs may be covered by Sharif Tech Solutions.
For standard returns that are not due to our error or an item not matching its description, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service when returning any product.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
If your return is approved:
- Your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
- Refunds are processed after inspection confirms the item meets the return requirements.
- Depending on your payment provider or bank, it may take several business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or the item was not as described.
Restocking Fee
A 5% restocking fee may apply to approved returns that are not related to a defective, damaged, or incorrectly described product.
This fee helps cover inspection, testing, repackaging, and processing costs associated with returned items.
No restocking fee will be charged for returns caused by an error on our part or products that arrive defective or significantly different from the description provided.
